Welcome to ieltsDraft. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our AI-powered IELTS Writing practice platform, including type-along exercises, question banks, and personalized AI assessments. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use ieltsDraft. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
ieltsDraft provides writing practice, AI-generated feedback, band score estimates, and study recommendations. We do not guarantee any specific IELTS band score. Outputs are educational aids only and are not official IELTS results.
4. Membership & Payments
Paid membership plans grant access for a fixed period (e.g. monthly or yearly). Plans may renew according to the billing option you select unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free-tier usage limits may apply.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer our models, scrape content at scale, share account access, or upload unlawful material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software remain the property of ieltsDraft or its licensors. You retain ownership of your essays and written responses, and grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ieltsDraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
